She’s coming along beautifully! it does make me happy to see the back of your work – when I see other people’s and it’s all neat with no trailing threads I feel inadequate.
The stem stitch ridges create the impression of one of those permanently pleated gauzes – a great idea!

They sure have a lot of beautiful designs. I am wondering, did you have to pay customs duty? Of course I do not know where you live. I am in California USA. From a quote I got was quite high, $12.00 33% of invoice .
Nothing customs-related happened to my order. Of course, I just ordered this one tiny kit, so I don’t know if that makes a difference versus larger orders. I honestly have no idea. (I am Texan).
